Welcome to built-on-a-woman. This agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use the services. In order to become a built-on-a-woman user, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the built-on-a-woman service indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms of Agreement.

Registration

In order to provide User Content to the site, you must register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account with or without your knowledge.

User Conduct

By providing User Content, you agree not to use built-on-a-woman to:

(1) Post or upload any content which is unlawful, untruthful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

(2) Post or upload any content which includes information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. This includes insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements.

(3) Post or upload any content that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.

(4) Post or upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

(5) Stalk or harass anyone.

(6) Place direct advertisements on the site unless under explicit contract to do so. Sharing of information by community members is to be written editorial style. Information of a business nature, may be posted as a solution to a problem or as sharing of positive actions.

You understand that any User Content in violation of the above rules will be removed immediately.

You understand that the site does not necessarily endorse any User Content; including any opinion, advice or recommendation. We expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with User Content.

By providing User Content, you grant the site and its owners a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, adapt, translate, edit, distribute, display and otherwise utilize such User Content in any form, whether now known or hereafter developed.

International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

The content on the site, unless otherwise specified is owned by or licensed to built-on-a-woman and is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Termination

You understand and agree that we, at our sole discretion, may terminate your use of the site without prior notice, and remove any User Content, for any reason, without prior notice, including, but not limited to, the belief that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the terms of agreement.
